Work Experience:
Oliver Krejs has been practicing law in various types of litigation for the past ten years. His practice is concentrated in insurance defense work and the defense and prosecution of trademark infringement cases. Mr. Krejs has tried numerous cases to jury verdicts in district and county courts around the State of Texas. He has extensive experience in third-party liability claims involving automobiles, boats, watercraft, buses, tractor-trailers, and commercial vehicles and all facets of trademark litigation. In addition to trial work, Mr. Krejs has extensive experience in representing clients at mediation and arbitration proceedings throughout the state.
