SettlePou’s Private Business group assist its clients with all contract issues, including employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, services contracts, vendor contracts, joint venture agreements, and numerous others.  The group will assist with reviewing and negotiating a proposed contract as well as preparing a contract to be proposed by the client.
