SettlePou’s Private Business group advises, negotiates, and prepares documents for various types of acquisition transactions. SettlePou works with the company’s accountant and other advisors to address valuation issues and tax issues relating the sale or acquisition. Additionally, the group works with the business regarding many of the same issues that arise through an equity round of financing. The group identifies the key business issues of the client in each transaction and works diligently for the client to make the deal happen within those parameters.
